  • Copernicos provides technical support and maintenance to customers who own a current technical support plan. All new non-student licenses include an annual support contract.
  • Maintenance includes access to all updates that are made available on the Copernicos website
  • Technical Support is provided on-line by MS-Teams or email and includes software installation support, troubleshooting, and general “how-to” questions.
  • Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CET, except on holidays.
  • Renewal and Reactivation: Maintenance and support contracts can be renewed yearly to stay current. If they expire, reactivation is required to continue the contract.
  • Reactivation includes both getting the software up to the current version as well as maintenance and support for the next year, starting from the day the contract is reactivated.
