We practice a workshop approach: a way of working through which we achieve results. A workshop can last one, two or four hours, or one day and can comprise of two, four, ten or more participants. A main feature of the workshop is that participants create results together, the so-called co-creation. A workshop is not about informing the participants (than it would be a presentation). Through the workshop approach the potential, knowledge and skills of the participants, will be fully addressed and activated. The advantage of this way of co-creation is that it will lead to acceptance of the results: from creation directly to implementation!
